Andrick Ponds State Wildlife Area

Department of Civil Engineering

Project Abstract

Colorado Parks and Wildlife manages the Andrick Ponds State Wildlife Area in Orchard, Colorado. To facilitate park operations, the agency needs a new 60-foot by 30-foot structure with full shop operations. The design of the facility should also include utility connection considerations, site development, and an Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) design. A loft/bunk design should be considered as an option to explore the code and cost implications.
