Project Abstract

SNAPfresh will provide a healthy and quick snack or meal at the snap of your fingers. This new style of vending machine is affordable and accommodates the use of EBT/food stamps in addition to regular payment methods. There will also be an app that users can download to search the locations of SNAPfresh machines as well as pre-order available meals for customers’ convenience. Students won't need to spend time looking for food on their busy schedules or resign themselves to grabbing junk food simply because it’s cheap and abundant.
