Project Abstract
We are Team 6, aka "The Six Pack", and we yearn to teach children how to help and understand their loved ones with memory loss. One can google “Platforms to help kids understand memory loss” and be greeted with many videos explaining Alzheimers, along with apps to improve learning retention. Bear Care is an app that will significantly impact children’s knowledge on their loved ones with dementia in an informative and entertaining way. If no one else will connect kids to their grandparents with mental illnesses, then this app will.
