The Expanding AI Innovation through Capacity Building and Partnerships (ExpandAI) program aims to significantly broaden participation in AI research, education, and workforce development through capacity development projects and through partnerships within the National AI Research Institutes ecosystem. There are two tracks:

• Track 1: ExpandAI Capacity Building Pilots
• Track 2: ExpandAI Partnerships

All proposers must receive an official invitation via the Concept Outline process to submit a full proposal to this solicitation; if invited to submit, the invitation stands for 12 months from the date of the email. This is a limited submission opportunity, please work with your research administrator and the limited submission office if you are interested in submitting.
