The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is interested in receiving proposals 1) directed toward student and faculty general research projects where the focus is upon priority technologies and capabilities performed at

NSWCDD, and 2) for novel research projects whose intent is the development of future naval scientists and engineers. NSWCDD is especially, but not solely, interested in research projects dealing with:
