The two absolute priorities of this solicitation are:
- Enhancing Modeling and Simulation at Institutions of Higher Education
- Establishing Modeling and Simulation Programs.
An eligible institution must propose to enhance an existing modeling and simulation degree program, including a major, minor, or career-track program, or establish or work towards the establishment of such a program.
