PHMSA hereby requests applications from nonprofit institutions of higher education for Competitive Academic Agreement Program (CAAP) grant funding to research innovative solutions in four pipeline safety topic areas. The research to be conducted under CAAP agreements will pursue a set of solutions for known pipeline integrity challenges.
