This Request for Information is intended to inform the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity on enabling an inclusive and just entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in climate and energy technologies. This RFI is not aimed at policy recommendations that require changes in the law, but those that DOE can implement using its existing authorities.
