Scooters and dockless bicycles are an important, growing part of the transportation sector as we attempt to reduce carbon emissions and make cities safer. The Dockless Mobility Vehicle Evaluations Study for Denver measures development, peer city program review, data collection and analysis, public engagement, and the development of a finding report.
