CDOT Fellowship Opportunity for Students: This is a new program that is similar in timeline, pay, and benefits to the existing CDOT Internship Program, but is intended to be more research and publication focused and perhaps better suited to graduate students, recent graduates, and college seniors. Successful applicants will focus on just one or two longer-term projects and be able to dig into their area of interest. conduct a series of classes/trainings on information and communications technology (ICT) policy, Internet and telecommunications regulation, cybersecurity, digital trade, critical and emerging technologies, and digital economy policy to government officials, policymakers, and emerging leaders and influencers in the ICT industry in their respective ESF-eligible countries.
