The AAL seeks cutting-edge technology to support the US Army’s Futures Command’s seven modernization priorities: Long-Range Precision Fires, Next Generation Combat Vehicles, Future Vertical Lift, Army Network, Air and Missile Defense Capabilities, Soldier Lethality, and Contested Logistics (new). The BAA’s three lines of effort are the discovery, acceleration, and translation of disruptive technology applications. BAA areas of interest include but are not limited to:

- Assured Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)
