NIWC Pacific is seeking innovative research to advance Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities that can empower technologies for Information Operations, Cyberspace Operations, and IT Systems.  Proposals should explore original methods for “defining and developing next-generation integratable C4ISR capabilities and command suites.”  NIWC Pacific lists ten technical topics of interest, including:
