Biomedical Engineering BS/MS
The Biomedical Engineering BS/MS program provides high-performing and motivated undergraduate students the opportunity to begin graduate work at the master’s level while completing the undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering. This accelerates the time to
obtain a graduate degree for the student, saving both time and expense.
Benefits of applying to the BS/MS program
Applicants to this program qualify for a waived application fee, waived official transcripts, and a waiver for required letters of recommendation (you will instead submit two Biomedical Engineering faculty names who would recommend you to the department’s MS program). Applicants will have early assurance – you’ll know your admission decision by the end of your first year in the major and you’ll be able to take six credits toward your MS during your last year in the major, as part of your bachelor of science track electives.
