Denver, Colorado The overall goal was to evolve the CEDC brand into something that would give students a sense of identity and elevate the spaces. Based on our brand standards, we wanted a cohesive look and feel in our five main department headquarters that said "We are CU Denver engineering". Patterns and photography were used to differentiate the spaces. Using mock-ups throughout the design process allowed us to tackle some of the unique challenges in the headquarters, each of which differ in their constraints and proportions. We used our brand standards color palette and verbal identity to guide hand-painted mural selection and the vinyls of copy.
