Project Abstract
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) manages a grant program to help local governments prepare feasibility studies in support of larger projects. This project is for a feasibility study for a Solar Farm for the Town of Lyons on city property. The Town of Lyons is committed to sustainability and increasing the use of renewable energy. This feasibility study will enable the Town to submit for Government funds to help build the Solar Farm. Mr. Lee Hall has compiled much of the needed information but needs assistance delving into details, calculating the ROI, preparing the feasibility study, conducting appropriate reviews, and conducting the required public outreach.
